Mullen PC is continuously seeking experienced attorneys with at least five years of experience litigating complex commercial, intellectual property, or investment disputes. Case teams are tight: the position entails immediate, primary responsibility to our clients, to opposing counsel, and to the Court.

This role is open to full-time or flex-schedule attorneys. All New York personnel have the option to work from home or from our offices in Midtown or Morningside Heights.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State bar

• 5+ years practice experience

• Exceptional legal writing skills

• Personal integrity; inflexible professional ethics

Clerkship and trial experience are preferred but not required.

Mullen PC hires law students on a part-time basis (during the school year) and on a part-time or full-time basis (during Summer recess).
